Terms and Conditions for Andi Herndon’s Hounds
Services Provided
Andi Herndon’s Hounds provides services including, but not limited to, dog boarding, grooming, daycare, training, and other dog-related care services. Specific services are subject to availability.
Payment Terms
Payment is required in full at the time of booking or service completion unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, or approved digital payment platforms.
Late payments may incur additional fees, and services may be withheld until payment is received.
Booking and Cancellation
All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our staff.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee equivalent to the full service cost.
Health and Safety Requirements
All dogs must be current on vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and bordetella. Proof of vaccinations is required before services can be provided.
Dogs with aggressive behavior, contagious illnesses, or parasites will not be accepted for safety reasons.
Owners are responsible for informing us of any health issues, allergies, or special needs their dog may have.
Liability
While we provide the highest level of care, Andi Herndon’s Hounds is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss resulting from natural causes or pre-existing conditions.
We are not responsible for damage to personal items brought in with your dog, such as toys, leashes, or bedding.
In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If you cannot be reached, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at your expense.
Behavior and Temperament
All dogs must undergo an evaluation prior to boarding or daycare to ensure compatibility with our environment.
Dogs displaying aggressive or disruptive behavior may be removed from group activities or asked to leave the facility.
Pickup and Drop-off
Dogs must be picked up and dropped off during our business hours unless prior arrangements are made. Late pickups may incur additional fees.
Photo and Video Release
By using our services, you consent to photos or videos of your dog being taken for promotional or social media purposes. If you do not wish for your dog’s photo to be used, please notify us in writing.
Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
